Flick bent needles on arrival

The Flick ships with pre-installed needles on the magnetic internal slider, so a heavy vertical impact could - in rare instances - release the magnets, resulting in the needles buckling. We understand this can happen and have therefore compensated for this by increasing the number of spare needles provided in the box.

If you receive a unit with buckled needles, please switch them out with the free spares provided.
