US & Canada orders

We ship from California
Orders placed by 12:00 ship the same day (excluding weekends).
Tracking numbers are sent by email after shipping.

Standard ship via USPS, DHL e-commerce, or UPS and take 3 - 6 days.
Expedited 2 day typically ship via UPS but may use other carriers depending on the location and take 1 - 2 days to arrive.
Canadian Standard orders ship via DHL e-commerce and take 5 - 14 days to arrive.

ShipAid package protection is available as an option on all order.

Europe & UK orders

We ship from the Netherlands by ground
Orders placed by 12:00 ship the same day (excluding weekends).
Tracking numbers are sent by email after shipping.

EU Standard means ground economy shipping with tracking number. This shipping option will take up to 3 - 10 days to arrive to most Countries.

International orders

We ship from Singapore.
Orders placed by 12:00 ship the same day (excluding weekends).
Tracking numbers are sent by email after shipping.

Express is fast, reliable and recommended if the shipping fee is affordable. We use courier service such as DHL Express and FedEx for this shipping method. Express is the best option for most countries in Asia since we ship from Singapore. This shipping option will take up to 3 - 7 days to arrive to most Countries.
Standard is a postal shipping service. The last mile delivery will be with your local post office. We use Singpost & Asendia for most countries, and NinjaVan for some countries in Asia.

Note: If a postal service is chosen, we highly recommend you track your order and follow up with your local post office once the item has arrived in your country. The quality of the last mile delivery is highly dependant on the quality of your local postal service. We don't call local post offices around the world to follow up on packages.
