Use Fresh Milk
Creating perfect microfoam is a finicky business with tons of variables. One such variable is the freshness of your ingredients. We have noticed that milk close to expiration date foams up differently to very fresh milk (worse) and that a carton of milk alternative left open for a couple of weeks will also foam up differently even if it is far from the expiration date. Keep this in mind when choosing your milks and looking for your favorite setting on the NanoFoamer PRO.
