Cleaning the NanoScreens
Best practices Rinse and spin the NanoFoamer immediately after each use, either in a glass of water or directly under running water in the sink. This will prevent any milk from drying on the NanoScreen and the rotation will eject any residue. Occasionally remove the NanoScreen and give it a scrub. Which AA batteries should I use?
What are the best batteries to use? Using good batteries is important because the faster the NanoFoamer spins, the more power it has to pull surface floating bubbles down and then them into microfoam. Rechargeable vs Alkaline We like to use rechargeable batteries because it is more ecological but also because you'll always have a fresh set of batteries ready to switch out at a moment's notice. Branded vs Supermarket or OEM batteries We highly recommend not choosing generic su
NanoFoamer Power Comparison
Which one is better? The NanoFoamer Lithium runs on 3.7V Lithium-Ion battery and drives the impeller at 4k RPM when fully submerged. Brand new Eneloop Pro batteries will provide only 3V of power and drive the impeller to a maximum of 3k RPM when fully submerged. So the Lithium will always be more powerful than even the best AA batteries on the market. In fact, the Lithium has two speeds and the slow speed of the Lithium is about equal to the fastest speed of the V2.
Are they cross compatible? V1 NanoScreens on V2 models That legacy (V1) NanoScreens will fit in the V2 & Lithium models by pressure fitting, although they were not designed to fit. The screens will therefore be pressure fitted and not snap fitted in. V2 NanoScreens on V1 models The V2 screens do not fit the legacy models.
