Warranty We offer a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. We replace defective products at no cost, or provide replacement components if there is partial damage that needs replacing. US & Canada orders We ship from California Orders placed by 12:00 ship the same day (excluding weekends). Tracking numbers are sent by email after shipping. Standard ship via USPS, DHL e-commerce, or UPS and take 3 - 6 days. Expedited 2 day typically ship via UPS but may use other carriers depending on the location and take 1 - 2 days to arrive. Steps to replace the needles on the Flick: Press the button for the needs to be OUT (this is important) Hold the Flick vertically so the needled don't go back in Unscrew the front cap using the provided allen key. Once open, remove the small screw in the center of the needles and replace them. The Flick ships with pre-installed needles on the magnetic internal slider, so a heavy vertical impact could - in rare instances - release the magnets, resulting in the needles buckling. We understand this can happen and have therefore compensated for this by increasing the number of spare needles provided in the box.
