We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and that's why we have a comprehensive warranty, returns, and refund policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

Warranty

We are committed to the quality of our products and offer a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. If you encounter any issues with your product, we are here to help. Simply send us a quick video to hello@subminimal.com so we can troubleshoot and determine the best course of action. Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us for further instructions. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund and apply a credit to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please be aware that banks and credit card companies may have processing times before posting a refund. Exchanges

Failed Deliveries and Stolen Packages

Subminimal is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses, failure to pay duties and taxes, or failure to contact the post office after receiving a notice of attempted delivery. Additionally, we are not liable for package theft after delivery. We recommend providing a secure delivery address and considering purchasing insurance for protection against package theft. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
